DAY 1 FLGHT TO ULGI & SHIVEET KHARIKHAN

Early morning, fly to BayanUlgii and meet our team. So then we will have a full day drive to Altai Tavanbogd National Park via Tsagaan Gol valley also through Altai Mountains. Altai Tavan Bogd is a national park in Bayan-Ölgii Province of western Mongolia. The meaning of the name is Five Saints of Altai. The Huiten Peak is the highest point of Mongolia at 4374 meters above sea level. And this area’s climate is extremely unpredictable. You may observe four seasons in one day: the sun will shine, and then it may snow or rain.   

DAY 2 ALTAI TAVAN BOGD BASE CAMP

Today we’ll start our horse trip for 22 km toward the base camp of the snow-capped Tavanbogd massif.

DAY 3 KHURGAN KHOTON LAKE

Drive to Khoton and Khurgan lakes in the Altai Tavan Bogd national park . There many Tuvan nomads spend their summer. Also Lakes are crystal clear with fantastic views of Altai Mountains and fascinating Nomadic lifestyle.

DAY 4 BAGA TURGENII HURHREE

Baga turgeni Hurhree- Mongolia Private Tour

Located in the Turgen Uul mountain range, the 36meter high Baga Turgenii Khurkhree .The waterfalls are located just a few steps before the China border and eternal snow-caps.

DAY 5 DRIVE BACK ULGI

Today we will drive back to Bayan-Olgi.  Also visit Kazakh Eagle hunter’s family. There you will see the eagle, busy with photographing. Then in the evening we will arrive in Ulgi.

DAY 6 FLIGHT BACK ULAANBAATAR

Fly back UB. And we will pick you up at the airport. Then transfer to the hotel.

DAY 7 TSAGAAN SUWRAGA

Today’s destination is White Stupa

Tsagaan suvarga is a big escarpment with 200m height and 400m long. Also it’s 90 degree of straight, consists of many colors of clay deposits. It looks like an ancient city. And sometimes looks like white stupas from a distance. After heavy rains,the unusual forms of cliffs can also look like a massive waterfall.So you can enjoy hiking around colorful Stupa, feeling like meditation there.

DAY 8 YOL VALLEY

Yolyn Am also known as “Eagle Valley”

Yol valley originally established to conserve birdlife in the region. But it’s now more famous for its dramatic and very unusual scenery. And its valley in the middle of the Gobi Desert with meters thick ice almost all year around. Also it’s one of the natural secrets of Gobi Gurvan Saikhan National Park .You can discover enormous cliffs and narrows and a glacier. And it doesn’t melt until the end of June. Adorable chipmunks of the family Sciuridae and other wild animals exist here. Enjoy small hiking and photographing the charming landscape and wildlife. also can visit Gobi museum.

DAY 9 KHONGOR SAND DUNES

Our trip will continue driving to Khongoriin Els

Khongoriin Els is located 763 km away to the south west of Ulaanbaatar city in Umnugobi province.This is the biggest sand massif in Mongolia, which covers 180km long area. The largest dunes are North West of the range up to 800 meters high.The sands have attractive curves which end in a sharp edge, making wave-like patterns on the sand. And they continually change shape due to wind and reflect yellow-white colors as the intensity of light changes during the day. You can climb to the top of the sand dunes and slide down. DAY 10 BAYANZAG

 Bayanzag

American explorer Roy Andrew Chapman first found dinosaur bones and eggs in the area in 1922. During the 2 years he searched through the Mongolian Gobi Desert and he found Dinosaur fossils from Bayanzag, Nemekht Mountain.  And it is illegal to remove or move the dinosaur fossils from its first place if you found one.Explore Mongolia private tour.

DAY 11 BAGA GAZARIIN CHULUU

Today we are driving to rock formation is a 15 km long and 10 km wide stone massif, located in Middle Gobi. Some of the rock formations look like they had air bubbles when the rock was cooling. Because the round impressions within the rock are perfectly half spherical. Also, there is spring water which comes from under source which is good for eye illness.  

DAY 12 TERELJ NATIONAL PARK

  Gorkhi Terelj is one of the most visited and interesting parks of Mongolia. The natural landscape is colorful and with magnificent alpine scenery.  During the summer there are great opportunities for hiking, horse riding, rock climbing, flower and bird watching.

DAY 13 DRIVE BACK UB AND CHINGES KHAN STATUE COMPLEX

Drive back to UB. we will visit Chinges Khan Statue Complex. Then transfer to the hotel

DAY 14 DEPARTURE FROM MONGOLIA
