To the north of Elsen Tasarkhai, you’ll find the majestic Khugnu Khan Mountain, a rocky and forested area rising between 1,500 and 2,000 meters. The highest peak, Tsetserleg (1,967 m), is formed from striking yellowish granite rocks and adds to the dramatic scenery. The surrounding landscape is dotted with small hills, open plains, and two natural mineral springs. One of the springs is believed to help with eye illnesses, while the other is said to benefit the stomach and internal organs.
