Even though the company offers a wide variety of options, it's a small business, and you get much more personal attention than you would from a bigger commercial operation. On the itinerary itself, all Uuna's recommendations for our family turned out to be perfect for us (traveling with three small kids), and we found that she had booked us in accommodations that were identical to those in some of the much more expensive companies' packages. And we can't say enough positive things about our guide, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, the kids were happy, and all aspects of the lodging were up to standard. Our kids wanted her to come home with us.
