Day 1 Terelj National Park & Chinges Khan Statue complex

Drive to Terelj National Park. On the way we will stop for big statue of Chinggis Khaan. Terelj about 80km north-east of Ulaanbaatar, is a deservedly popular destination. At 1600m, the area is cool and the alpine scenery is magnificent and green meadows carpeted with Edelweiss and a dazzling variety of other wild flowers attract nature lovers. The park has many rock formations for rock climbers, and includes two famous formations named for things they resemble: Turtle Rock (Mongolian: Melkhii Khad) and the Old Man Reading a Book (Praying Lama Rock).(Lunch, Dinner). Overnight in a ger camp

Day 2 Erdenet City

After having breakfast early in the morning we will start driving to Erdenet city . We will drive forward and pass Erdenet city for getting closer to our next destination. We will have a picnic lunch in the nature and drive continuously to get to our next family to stay with.(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). Overnight in an apartment

Day 3  Khuvsgul Lake

The Lake Khuvsgul located in the northwest of Mongolia near the border to Russia. It is about 1100m above the sea level, 136 km long and 262 m deep. It is the second most freshwater lake in Asia. The town of Khatgal is at the southern end of the Lake. The surface of the lake freezes over completely in winter and the ice festival organized annually in early February which becoming quite attractive event in winter tourism in Mongolia. Taiga, Tsaatan families, reindeer herders are the main attractions for tourists. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). Overnight in a ger camp

Day 4  Khuvsgul Lake

In the morning we will hike in the surrounding forest mountains to have a better look of the crystal blue lake. There are horse riding and fishing opportunities around the lake. In the afternoon, we will drive to the north to visit Reindeer village where we can experience Tsaatan; reindeer breeders’ unique everyday life and traditional tent dwelling “Urts”. Return to the ger. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).Overnight in a ger camp

Day 5  Drive to Urantogoo

After having breakfast, we will drive to the mountain called Uran Togoo which is an extinct volcano which is another attractive destination of Northern Mongolia which located about 60kms from Bulgan city. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). Stay overnight in a ger.

Day 6 Amarbayasgalant Monastery

Drive to Amarbayasgalant monastery. Amarbayasgalant is one of the four great monasteries of Mongolia and the most important northern monastery. It is one the largest monasteries, too, and it also considered architecturally the most beautiful. Unfortunately, some buildings were damaged during the religious purges of the 1930s and 10 of the 37 temples were destroyed. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). Stay overnight in a ger.

Day 7 Ulaanbaatar

After having breakfast, drive back to UB. On the way having lunch.(Breakfast and Lunch)
